Session Info... Photo sessions will take place in the comfort of your home or at the outdoor location of your choice. This enables your child(ren) to be completely at ease resulting in photographs that show their true spirit. Just enjoy an hour or two of playing as a family and allow me to capture all the fun. A session typically lasts between 1-2 hours. I will allow plenty of time so we will never be rushed and can take as many breaks as necessary. I am happy to offer suggestions of activities that have been used in the past, but only you know what makes your child tick. What excites them the most? A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your session and should be received within 7 days of booking to guarantee the date and time you prefer. If this is not received, Gina O'Brien Photography reserves the right to offer this date to another client. On the day of the session, you will be asked to pay the remainder of the session fee. Please make all checks payable to Gina O'Brien. Within ten days, you will be able to view approximately 40-60 images in an online gallery making it easier to share them with family and friends. Orders may be placed directly from this gallery at your convenience. Images will only be available for viewing for 14 days after they are posted. Please place your order within this time frame. Payments for your order can be made via cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard thru Paypal. Please allow 3-6 weeks for completion of your order. Prints are generally available early, but specialty items such as coffee table books, fine art books, greeting cards, & photos on canvas can take a bit longer. Orders will be shipped to you via Priority Mail once all items are completed. Cancellation Policy... I understand that things come up & children get sick. Please try to provide me with 48 hours notice if possible. If you reschedule at the time of cancellation, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled photo session. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. Newborn Photos... If you'd like your newborn to have the "curled up" look, please schedule your session within the first two weeks after they are born. This special window of opportunity is very short, so please call me as soon as you can to make arrangements.
